Paul Schreder, CFA, is a Senior Consultant. Paul’s role is to research, analyze and develop strategic recommendations for client investment programs. Paul also leads Watershed’s research in marketable alternatives. He began his investment career in 2001 and joined Watershed in 2007.

Prior to joining Watershed, Paul worked for Consolidated Investment Group, where he was actively involved in asset allocation, traditional and alternative manager research, investment reviews and recommendations, and portfolio management. From 2001 – 2003, Paul worked at Falcon Investment Group as an analyst, where his focus was on investment idea generation and trading. Prior to this, Paul worked as an intern-analyst at Sovereign Financial Services and as a Teaching Assistant in the Reiman School of Finance at the University of Denver.

Paul has held the Chartered Financial Analyst designation since 2004. He has a MS in Finance from the University of Denver-Daniels College of Business and a BS in Finance from Colorado State University. Paul is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Colorado.
